A NEW SOLUTION X-FIBER

Our patented X-Fiber nanostructures are designed to provide superior protection against ballistic threats and be lightweight yet highly effective against multiple rounds of ammunition. Our X-Fiber specialty weave is designed to have an increased temperature range beyond 248 degrees Fahrenheit and reduced elasticity compared to UHMWPE, resulting in significantly reduced backface deformation. Our armor provides the perfect balance of protection and comfort due to its lightweight, making it suitable for various tactical situations.

The X-Fiber nanostructures provide superior protection against multiple threats, including small and large caliber threats. Our armor is designed to be lightweight and low profile, allowing for maximum mobility, and making it suitable for extended wear.

X-COATING

Our X-Coating impregnates fibers to create bulletproof, incredibly strong, lightweight,
and abrasion-resistant armor. Our advanced technology binds 3D weave layers together to give the armor unprecedented protection. The X-Coating helps to add high strain rate properties, meaning that it can withstand powerful impacts and absorb energy from bullets.

The bulletproof plate initially diminishes the bullet’s kinetic energy, after which the anti-shock coating absorbs the shock wave resulting from the primary kinetic energy.
